Yoga, Wild Swimming & Sound Healing under the stars

A little bit about your evening….

🌅 You will be warmly welcomed in to our space and our evening will begin with a relaxing walk around the grounds

🌅 Megan will guide you through a gorgeous deep yoga flow, which is suitable for all abilities. You can enjoy the movements on your mat or you can dig your toes in to the grass to feel the earth beneath your feet. Your session will end with a dreamy Shavasana

🌅 We will slip in to our cool rainwater filled lake for a beautiful wild swim. Emily will be on hand to guide you in the water and there is absolutely no pressure to swim. You are welcome to relax lakeside in the evening sun if that’s more your thing! You will have access to the hot outdoor shower after your swim which is filled with Faith in Nature goodies for you…
